Shower steamers are discs that you put at the end of your shower, out of the stream of water. As it fizzes and effervesces, the fragrance oils on them float up in the steam, giving you aromatic steam that can help soothe you, or even wake you up.

We add menthol crystals to help ease sinus discomfort. 

Ingredients: Baking Soda, Citric Acid, Fragrance, Menthol Crystals, and Mica
